Description

Tiger Bay, Cardiff, 1950: A crate is introduced in to the docks on the Scandinavian freight vessel, the Kungssangen. Its location: The Torchwood Institute. It explodes, killing all-but one whilst the cage is off-loaded with a number of nearby dockers; a Butetown lad named Erika Bellini. Fifty eight years afterwards a radioactive source someplace inside Torchwood brings the group to find out exactly the same Erika Bellini, still-young and dressed up in his 1950s garments, cowering in the containers.
