Description

Whilst the city sizzles underneath the early summer sun, Ny chief assistant D.A. Butch Karp and his family are happily vacationing on Long Island's north coast. Their reverie changes to horror once they discover that their beach neighbors, Rose and Ralph "Red" Heeney -- a coal miners' union chief -- have now been brutally murdered home in small McCullensburg, West Virginia. Irresistible force meets immovable object once the governor appoints Karp special prosecutor to create justice to the infected outlying city, its callous nation chef, and his group of chaotic henchmen.
