Description

Manchester, England, d. 1973: commercial hits, bad pop-music, harsh course combat, teenage stress, IRA bombings. Four buddies: a-class clown who stoops really low to get a chuckle; a puzzled performer fascinated by guitar steel; a serious radical with socialist leanings; and a peaceful dreamer obsessed with Lord, poetry, and the prettiest girl in school. Whilst the planet seems to self destruct around them, they keep together to navigate the choppy waters of the highly unclear decade.
