Description

On vacation on the Cornish Riviera, Hercule Poirot is surprised to listen to fairly Nick Buckley explain her current “accidental brushes with death.” Initial, on a treacherous Cornish hillside, the brakes on her car failed. Subsequently, on the coastal course, a falling boulder missed her by inches. Later, an oil-painting dropped and nearly smashed her during sex. Then when Poirot discovers a bullet-hole in Nick’s sun cap, he determines this woman wants his support.
