Created was a young child of the rain-forest that lined Midworld, area of the simple culture that the tranquil jungle world had suffered for centuries. He was smart in the methods for his world, and he understood well the risky normal stability that ruled all things.Then oneday the aliens arrived. Giants.  They understood nothing of top Of The or Lower Heck -- and they cared less. Created had risked his life to truly save them, to steer them through the tangled boughs, past hidden, unsuspected hazards hiding in the underbrush.
