Description

Being a wildlife rehabilitator in south Louisiana, Pamela Wells has handled her fair-share of wild creatures, but her reclusive life is forever altered when she meets an evasive former knight called Daniel Phillips. Delivered to Pamela’s fauna refuge included in his parole needs, Daniel and Pamela rapidly conflict until Daniel’s struggling past suddenly involves lighting. After serving in Iraq, Daniel is affected with post-traumatic stress disorder. Pamela attempts to help relieve his situation by presenting him to the healing power of pets.
