Sophie is quit all dressed-up alone and dropped in the centre of the world filled with unique beverages and warm desires, when her closest friend cancels their ladies' particular date ideas in the last second. The lure of kitschy heaven gradually erodes her inhibitions, persuading her through the night the bartender hasbeen looking her way. Will she develop the courage to create a shift, or will she commit still another night alone in a cold bed? You will have to seize a glass or two and hold out until Last-Call to find out how her amazing evening ends.This brief story is just a prequel to a bigger work-in-progress tentatively entitled "The Lady Alone."
