Close friends and relatives, Clara and Stephanie Quinn operate The Raven's Nest Bookstore, where people visit find their most desired scans. However they do not know it's the psychically-gifted Clara who's studying them, The bookstore has created an enemy of the town crier, Ana Jordon, who promises the shop's occult selection is "poisoning" the town's youth. Meanwhile, the shop's number one worker, Molly, has made no secret of her rage over Ana's tricks. Then when Ana is located dead, murdered by the breast of Edgar Allen Poe toned by Molly, evidence is stacked against her.
