Welcome to Victorian London: the house of the Artful Dodger, Sherlock Holmes,and Bill Kingdom, smart street urchin - and the saviour of humanity. Unfamiliar to mere mortals, an old fight has been fought over the town. Below the Legion is lurked by the streets, an evil bunch of criminals and miscreants in category with all the Feathered Males - decided to unleash Hell on the streets of London. Above the town's roofs rise the Viewers, a ragtag group of mystics, orphans and agents, focused on safeguarding Birmingham against evil and defending the weak.
