Description

Battle is switching Juliet Bradshaw's world inverted. Her brother, Seth, trips with William Quantrill's rebel Confederate military, but he's hopeless once the Yankees charge Juliet along with the wives and sisters of Quantrill's troopers as agents. Jailed in a dilapidated old-house in Kansas City, Juliet is among a number of children following the building collapses, eliminating all of the girls inside.  Juliet discovers the life span she'd formerly recognized is finished, when sheis reunited with her buddy.
