Description

In a breach of promise suit, two rich social climbers are suing with respect to their lovely daughter, Zillah. The offender is Zillahis supposed fiancé, amazing young builder Killian Melville, who adamantly claims he won't, can't, wed her. Totally perplexed by his customer's rejection, Melville's lawyer, Sir Oliver Rathbone, converts to his old friends in crime--investigator William Monk and nurse Hester Latterly. But even while they search London for hints, the situation sadly and abruptly stops.
