Description

A hurricane is bearing-down on Foggy Stage, California, encouraging powerful winds, flooding and power outages. Harriet Truman and the Free Posts cover team are sewing cotton cloth quilts and producing plastic tarps from food bags for the denizens of the nearby displaced camping. The other of the homeless guys is strangled, and a couple of days later another person can also be killed. Were they victims of the serial-killer, or of someone nearer to home?
