Description
The Person Who Smashed into Auschwitz may be the remarkable true tale of a British soldier who marched voluntarily into the concentration camp, Buna-Monowitz, referred to as Auschwitz III. In summer time of 1944, Denis Avey had been in a British POW work camp, E715, near Auschwitz III. He'd heard about the violence meted out to the prisoners there and he was motivated to experience what he could. He hatched an agenda to exchange spots with a Jewish prisoner and smuggled herself into his field of the camp. He spent the night time there on two occasions and experienced in the beginning-hand the cruelty of the location where servant employees, have been sentenced to death through labor. Astonishingly, he survived to see the aftermath of the Death March where a large number of prisoners were killed by the Nazis whilst the Soviet Army advanced. After their own lengthy journey correct across central Europe he was repatriated to Britain. For years he could not provide herself to review yesteryear that haunted his dreams, however now Denis Avey seems in a position to inform the entire story—a story as gripping because it is moving—which provides us a distinctive insight in to the mind of a regular person whose moral and physical courage are nearly beyond belief.
