Description

Sylvia, daughter of the Duke of Belham, is tired of the different teenagers she meets at Woman Lamborneis bad ball. Finally she escapes their efforts and makes her way in to the great, moonlit yard, where she confronts a bad stranger. Sylvia's father reveals that he's accumulated such obligations from his betting that the household can't sustain their much talked about London existence, the next day. They have to go back to Fortress Belham and Sylvia understands again that she'll never see her secret stranger.
