A free vaccination trailer is used by terrorists like an entrance to invade the desert town of Retreat with a disease that's the ability to dominate your body and destroy your brain. The ability mill falls the following day. The federal government quarantines the town, but does not deliver help, and nobody could realize why. Meanwhile, the contaminated start to stroll, mindlessly distributing the zombie disease to every part of community.
