Description

It's 1942 while in the Dutch East Indies, and Nick Duncan is just a small Foreign butterfly enthusiast looking for just one unique butterfly. With penetrating Japanese forces coming closer each day, Nick falls in love with the beguiling Anna van Heerden. As both are pressured into individual, harmful destinations, their time together is short. They intend to marry and return in Sydney however it is many years before their paths cross again, scarred permanently from the dark activities of the long, vicious battle.
