Description

In the 1930s, two possibilities existed for boys of Balmain, a functional-class Sydney suburb: to be chosen into Fort Street Boys College or even to shine as a player. Just sixteen years Danny Dunn has anything opting for him: brains, looks, sporting understanding fortune and – with the girls. The favourite local watering hole is run by his parents, and the entire of Balmain is happy with Danny’s sporting expertise. His mom, however, drives Danny towards a college training; but with only 6 months of his diploma togo he subscribes for the AIF, powered by way of a need to serve his nation and basic wanderlust.
