Description

The story starts on Christmas Event seven decades following the demise of Ebenezer Scrooge's business partner Jacob Marley. Scrooge is set up within the very first stave (section) like a selfish and stingy entrepreneur that has room in his life for kindness, sympathy, charity, or benevolence. After being informed by Marley's ghost to alter his tactics, Scrooge is visited by three extra spirits "each in its turn" who accompany him to numerous moments with the expectation of attaining his alteration. Scrooge is taken by the first of the spirits, the Ghost of Christmas Past, to the views of his youth and boyhood which mix the old miseris sensitive aspect and mild by telling him of the time when he was more innocent.
