The Deeper is back.Jack Salter continues to be shopping murders, but his fresh quarry is unlike others. The person who calls herself Remote desires the same Port does, to help make the earth a much better place by detatching those who do evil--but Remoteis techniques are much more severe. Jack will need to find an alliance with him--one which results in a trap with no exit, to capture him. Alone and unarmed, Jack must fight for his liberty within the lair of the beast whose connection to discomfort is actually stranger than Jackis.
