Description

The first Marine Interstellar Expeditionary Product rose to the process -- and today a large number of captive people have already been liberated from the alien yoke, when called to complete fight several light-years from home. But World is thirty-one years more than the house world they initially quit, and the Marines require time to train and adjust -- time they don't have, because of the bizzare disappearance of the detachment of the brothers- and sisters-in-hands. It's a secret, but there's a starting place: an old wormhole threading through the Sirius program. Whichever waits on another part must certanly be faced, with stealth, with pressure, and without concern -- be it an old adversary or perhaps a disastrous new risk.
