Loan-Shark Chili Palmer did not say something when Jimmy Bones took his leather coat from Vesuviois in Ohio. He simply visited Jimmy's home, broke his nose, got the coat, and left. Twelve years later, on account of his chef getting whacked, Soup finds herself employed by Bones and requested to gather on a poor debt from Leo Devoe, a man who perished in a plane accident. However it works out Leo is not lifeless; he is in Vegas using the $300,000 the flight paid to his spouse.
