Description

The tiniest of small-time crooks, Ernest Stickley Jr. figures his-luck's going to change when Detroit used-car salesman Frank Ryan draws him attempting to increase a trip from Ryan's ton. Joe's got some surefire strategies to get rich quick—all of these concerning guns—and all Stickley needs to do is follow "Ryan's Guidelines" to generally share the success. But occasionally if one would be to flourish in the planet of crime, particularly if the "brains" of the procedure knows significantly less than nothing, guidelines have to be bent, perhaps actually damaged.
