Description

Awasin and Jamie, siblings in bravery, fulfill challenging many hill men couldn't endure.  When their kayak is destroyed by the fury of the rapids, they should confront the wilderness with no food and no hope of rescue.  To endure, they develop an igloo, fight an imposing grizzly bear, monitor several puppies, slaughter caribou for food and clothing.  Two dropped huskies they acquire provide friendship--and perhaps a way house from their harmful journey.
