In the sequel for The Winter Soldiers, "Fancy Jack" proves his Crimean expedition of duty amid the ferocious conflict of the British and Russian empires. The entire year is 1855, the port of Sebastopol continues to be under siege from the Partners, and the czar's soldiers are setting up a strong defense. Sergeant Jack Crossman and his sturdy band of siblings make forays to frighten the enemy in the valleys and mountains round the struggling town.
