Description

Delivered to a boarding-school in Ancelstierre like a youngster, Sabriel has already established little experience using the power of Free Magic or the Dead who won't stay dead in the Old Kingdom. But during her final term, her dad, the Abhorsen, goes missing, and Sabriel understands she should enter the Old Kingdom to locate him. She quickly discovers buddies in Mogget, a kitten whose aloof method hardly covers its malicious spirit, and Touchstone, a Charter Mage long jailed by miracle, currently free in body but nonetheless caught by unpleasant recollections.
