Description

Jane Miller had been an outcast. As a woman she'd dropped in to the hot burn - a torrent of comfortable chemical run-removed from the neighborhood coal-mine. Caught out white-haired and half-dead, compassion once the child who forced her in died in a mining accident only two nights later for her rapidly faded.
