In 1911, Atlanta’s Africanamerican neighborhood was terrorized with a serial-killer that preyed on small bi racial ladies, reducing their throats and mutilating their corpses. The killer was never identified. In the 1980s, significantly more than twenty Africanamerican kids were killed throughout Atlanta. In 2011, another chain of vicious killings have started, and this time around it’s more raw than ever before.
