Underneath the Pacific Ocean our planet writhes, spewing lava, rolling water to vapor, roiling the top of the beach. A volcano rises upward, holding in its hot center a nutrient more valuable than silver, a large number of times stronger than aluminum, and more effective than uranium. The volcano may split the sea's floor quickly. When it can, all hell may break loose.
