Inexperienced vigilantes, other orphans, and people of the Santitos, Loup Garron-the daughter of the genetically-engineered "wolf-man"-and Pilar Ecchevarria was raised in the military area of Outpost 12, previously referred to as Santa Olivia. However theyare free now, and they wish to assist the remainder of the Santitos escape.
