Description

In 1928 New Orleans, eighteen-year-old Sonny LaSalle is just a champion amateur boxer and leading cooking scholar -- and he venerates his fraternal twin uncles, Dollar and Russell, armed burglars who enjoy their occupation. Sonny privately thinks he, also, is just a normal outlaw and persuades his uncles to get him on as someone. Nevertheless when a bank job goes negative, Sonny is delivered to prison, where he inadvertently kills a cop who's the child of the very dreaded lawman in La, as "Bob Bones well known." After nine months in the notorious Angola penitentiary, Sonny makes a harrowing escape and handles to return with Russell and Dollar. The trio go out for the boomtowns of west Texas, where in actuality the money-flows as easily whilst the acrylic, ignorant whilst the cool, calculating Steve Bones starts a persistent campaign to look down Sonny, no real matter what, that payback follows close behind.
