Description

A brutal serial-killer is murdering ladies in Vancouver's West-End. He leaves their headless systems found, on the relatively crazy rampage and creates letters to law enforcement. It quickly becomes obvious that his patients are people of the area health club. Sebastian Casey, a reporter with the weekly neighborhood paper, has only started to sort out in the middle.
