Description

2nd Chance reconvenes the Ladies's Murder Club, four friends (a detective, a reporter, an assistant district attorney, and a medical examiner) who used their networking skills, feminine intuition, and professional wiles to resolve a baffling number of murders in 1st to Die. This time around, the murders of two African-Americans, only a little girl and a classic woman, bear all of the signs of a serial-killer for Lindsay Boxer, newly promoted to lieutenant of Bay Area's homicide squad. But there is an odd detail she finds much more disturbing: both victims were associated with city cops. Emblematic glimpsed at both murder scenes results in a racist hate group, however the killer strikes again and again, leaving deliberate clues and eluding law enforcement ever-more skillfully.
