In 1915, small newlywed Olivia Fitzpatrick leaves her wealthy Dallas household to become listed on her husband Frank in the remote and tight knit seaside exploration group of Britannia Beach, Europe. Olivia has always gone from the grain with her options in life, but she knows her life is approximately to alter forever, as she boards a boat destined for a foreign nation she's never visited. Joe and Olivia reveal a caring and personal gathering after her vessel docks in Britannia Beach, but before she's an opportunity to enjoy her new found joy, most of the town’s pleasant people and their kids are murdered in a terrible natural disaster. A heartbreaking mudslide sparks a number of events that quickly hit the community and the small Olivia that she's registered.
