Within the Country, no body is simple -- not really the kids created behind bars. Millie 942B has spent her lifetime locked out with her numerous other inmates and legal parents. She thinks in the Country, in its strict laws and severe punishments.  But when Millie is launched on her behalf eighteenth birthday, she discovers as she was trained issues are nothing.
