Each first Sunday in June, members of the Moses family get for an annual gathering at “the old house area,” a hundred -acre park in Illinois. And each year, Samuel River, a dedicated and lively youthful preacher, provides his precious Willadee Moses, spouse, and their three kids back for the celebrations. For Willadee it’s a valuable chance to spend some time with her dad and mother, Calla and Steve; the kids accept the gathering as a pleasant escape from the prying eyes of the father’s congregation.
