Description

Eggs is just a moving and cool book about two really complex, broken kids. Donald has lost his mother to a freak accident, his salesman dad is continually on the street, and he's allowing his rage out on his grandma. Primrose lives with her unpredictable, childlike, fortune-teller mom, and the only real proof of the daddy she never understood is just a framed image. Despite their age difference (Donald is 9, Primrose is 13), they create a good however tumultuous friendship, ultimately supporting one another cope with what's lacking within their lives.
