Cleve's nearby neighbor may be the most annoying girl he's ever met, and she becomes her audio to "noisy" when,he confiscates her cord and gives her a phone so he could possibly get a great night's rest. 24 hours later he smiles when "Stones"appears in the Police Station to file charges against him and finds out that he's the main one in charge.Kelsey detests being named "Stones"and she rapidly plots vengeance on the large policeman, but her plan backfires and she's surprised when he turns her over his knee and spanks the daylights out of her for taking a joke he does not think about the least bit humorous.
