On the warm, humid summer evening in 1998, in Hampton, Ohio, five-year-old, Billy Corridor is operating around in the area Good Humor truck with somebody that his mom thinks she could trust with her only child. Nevertheless, that works out not to function as the case, as Billy is taken fully to a 'Dead End Street' near a secluded dirt route and is sexually abused by the ice cream truck employee.Although young Billy swears to his abuser, who'd recently been divorced and is pushing forty, that he'll not expose their secret, something does not feel right. Billy shows his mom what had occurred, that evening; she's terrified. Can't think that somebody could do that to her kid.
