Nevertheless, each evening he returns to the phase of his theatre to impress his dedicated, although diminishing, market, assisted by his companion, the Somnambulist—a quiet, bald, hulking big who, when stabbed, doesn't bleed. But these are strange, strange occasions in England, together with the oddest of types prowling Londonis dank underbelly. And a baffled police constabulary have been compelled by the very bizarre death of a disreputable actor to show once more to Ed Moon for help—inevitably setting in-motion events that'll break his increasingly tenuous grasp on reality.
