In the moment they certainly were eight yrs old, Kip Stroud and Shelley Ballard spent their summers together on Block Island, boating, cycling, developing up,and exploring. As they lamented about tasks, contended about publications, teen-agers and learned from each other only a little about the way in which women and guys seen each other. They certainly were greatest friends—until a tragedy in Shelley’s existence took them apart.Twelve decades later, Kip has already established to manage their own tragedy.
