It's been decades since Casey Maldonado visited her neighborhood, and the only real reason she's returning now's to have her pal Bob out-of prison, where he rests after being imprisoned for the brutal killing of Alicia McManus, his partner of many months. Casey thinks in her brother's innocence, but showing that for the police is just a different point entirely.
