Description

This book, occur historic Palestine, is in significant part a retelling of the Samson and Delilah tale. The history sometimes appears through the eyes of the brave young Philistine nobleman, Phicol of Askelon, who plays an important part in the countless battles of his time. Delilah is known as "Delai" in this book, the Philistine exact carbon copy of the Hebrew title. She's an innocent teen, favorite by her relative Phicol, but swept up in the military and dynastic occasions of her parents' conflicts.
