Once they were kids, Erica Calcott and her sister, Beth, spent their summer vacations at Storton Way. Today, following a death of the grandmother, they've delivered to the great, imposing home in Wiltshire, England. Not able to stem the tide of childhood thoughts that occur as she sorts through her grandmother’s possessions, Erica thinks back once again to summer time her uncle Carol disappeared inexplicably in the property, a meeting that took their family to items. It's time, she thinks, to provide her sibling some serenity, put yesteryear to rest, and ultimately solve the puzzle of her cousin’s disappearance.
