The Five Provinces of America, previously referred to as the Usa of America, is under a totalitarian government. The government presents digital gags once, individuals lose all hope of getting independence. Digital gags would be the ultimate instruments of repression. Freddie is just a wildlife biologist who spends the majority of his amount of time in the wilderness.
