Description

When Mia, a Jewish teen from Ontario, would go to Israel to invest summer time their studies at a yeshiva, or seminary, she really wants to relate genuinely to the property and expand her knowledge of Judaism. However, Mia's summertime plans go astray when she falls in deep love with a non-Jewish visitor, Tim. Through him, Mia learns concerning the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory and begins to concerns her Zionist goals. Particularly, Mia is disrupted from the Palestinian's lack of their olive trees, and their state of Israel's planting of pine trees, addressing the setting-down of fresh origins.
