Description

Grace Rossi is starting over following a divorce, and a component-time job with a federal appeals court sounds perfect. But she does not rely on being assigned to an explosive death penalty appeal. Or does she expect ardor in the court in the shape of an event with the principle judge. Subsequently Grace finds herself investigating a homicide, discovering a secret banking account and adhering to a trail of bribery and judicial corruption that is stumped even the FBI.
