Whilst the main forensic anthropologist for your FBI’s Chicago area office, Christine Prusik did her fair-share of weird instances. However that one beats all of them: a serial-killer is strangling ladies and dumping their health in the high, wooded ravines of southern Indiana. With each target, the killer leaves a calling card: a rock figurine created such as the nature rocks discovered one of the ancient tribes of Papua New Guinea—the identical tribes while performing field study from whom Prusik barely escaped ten years earlier. The likeness is spooky and, frankly, frightening; Prusik still bears the scars in the tribesmen’s assault.
