The Watchers may be the first book in The Watchers Sequence. It centers around 16-year-old Clare Michaels and her trip to her mother's neighborhood of King's Cross. Long conscious of her history - that she's the child of the fallenangel - The Viewers centers around her first conversation with the planet she's usually concealed from.
