Description

When Noel learns that his terminally-ill former fire is pregnant together with his kid, he grudgingly agrees to look after the infant girl. Combined with the aid of a caring community of friends, family and neighbors—including Lisa, his broken hearted classmate, and Emily, his National cousin—Noel adjusts to his new duties. But whenever a nosy social worker chooses to become involved, she intends to wreck their unusual but unique agreement. It'll be as much as Noel to convince her that everybody in the area has anything to provide when it involves minding Frankie.
