Description

For New Orleans indigenous Big Style, one disastrous storm was enough to last an eternity. Like many Louisianans, after Katrina he moved west to Houston, loaded up his family, and started over from-scratch. Discovering low-paid work on some type of computer assembly-line on the north part of the town, Big Style and a number of additional transplants - including would-be track superstar Alan Terrell, simple mother Zakiyah Weldele and her daughter, Angela, and others - start putting down roots. However, a beast of the late summer storm roars in to the Beach going directly for Houston.
